TERMS AND CONDITIONS Terms and Conditions: - Final Test: The written test given at the end of the course is NOT the official Department of Licensing’s knowledge test but is required to pass the course. - Retakes: The final test must be passed with a score of 80% or higher. There is a $35.00 fee per attempt for each retake. - Parent Involvement: Parents must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of students.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of testing, you are required to provide proof of identification such as photo permit, state identification card, out of state license, birth certificate with parent identification, or high school yearbook. Applicants have 5-minute grace period for tardiness, 6 minutes late results in a no-show or late arrival. Absolutely NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING for no-shows or late arrivals. Applicants may choose to take the Knowledge test electronically but must provide their own device (laptop or tablet). To pass the Knowledge test, the applicant must receive a score of 80% or better. Passing the knowledge test does not guarantee an applicant will be issued a driver's license. The Department of Licensing reserves the right to conduct random re-examinations; applicants refusing to take a re-examination may have their license revoked.
